Description
You are bidding on a new ceramic mold labeled IMD621 Small Contemporary Sushi Dish Bisque size 6 1/4" x 6 1/4". This plate have no attachments. Legs are part of design in the mold. IMD621 Small Sushi Dish poured through two small pour-holes on the back and to make your job easier we included also a set of IMD600 reservoir molds. They allow you to keep an access of slip over pour-holes, so you don't have to add more slip every minute. If you tried to pour tile or plate mold with closed bottom (it does make a very nice back side) then you are familiar with that problem. You have to keep mold full all the time to prevent it from trapping air inside. And what a task it is. With a "reservoir" mold you simply place it over pour-halls and you wouldn't have to worry about adding your slip again. This mold made of plaster and designed to make ceramic items only. This mold is in NEW condition. Please notice that bisque or painted pieces are not part of this auction. They are presented only to show you what finished pieces from those molds look like. This design is a part of larger set of seven molds. So you are bidding on only one mold, not all set. All set consist of IMD620 Square Sushi Dish; IMD621 Small Square Sushi Dish; IMD622 Rectangular Sushi Dish; IMD623 Rice bowl; IMD624 Rice bowl Lid with Buddha; IMD625 Sake cup IMD626 Rice bowl Plain Lid However this plate can also be used by itself.
