For Your Christmas Collection California Creations & Creative Crafts, Style, Unpainted Plaster “Tea & Crumpets” 5” Tall I had trouble finding some of these! Buildings of this type used to be made by California Creations. This one was made by Creative Crafts (both companies items were manufactured in Thailand). Both are apparently out of business. These particular plaster buildings that I’m selling are of the same style, size and make up. They were also made in Thailand in the same way. These would look good with any of your villages. The painted building in the photos was painted by myself a few years ago and is not for sale. Offer is for 1 unpainted building only. Note: On my building you will notice that I did not paint the lettering to the Tea & Crumpet sign. This is because I sometimes change the signs on my own village buildings. This not only allows me to customize them, but I can take more than one of the same building and paint them differently, change the signs and reposition them so they look like 2 different buildings. I.E. For my Old English style buildings (what I call my Dickens village) I’ve made signs that say “Scrooge and Marley”, “Fezziwig Ltd”, etc. You may want to try this too! Structure comes with a separate sidewalk lantern that you can glue in place after painting. This building appears to be in good shape. THE PHOTOS YOU SEE OF THE UNPAINTED BUILDING ARE OF THE ACTUAL ONE YOU ARE BIDDING ON! I PHOTOGRAPH EACH BUILDING INDIVIDUALY, EVEN IF I’M SELLING MORE THAN ONE. WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET! They make a beautiful display. I’ve painted about 70 of them over the years. My family looks forward to my annual displays. It is a great way to share your hobby! I’ll combine shipping if you purchase more than one item. Note: I recommend you purchase postal insurance with the shipping. Have me invoice you if you want the insurance. I package items well, but fragile items like these can still be damaged if handled improperly during shipping. I do not take responsibility for lost or damaged items. SHIPPING: I combine shipping for items sold around the same time. I use “U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail”. Their rates appear to be the most fair. “Over-sized” domestic packages are sometimes forced to be sent Parcel Post. I try not to make a killing on postage and handling and I try to be fair (I have even lost money on postage). Please be advised that I ship once a week. I package items very well. I take no responsibility for loss or damage in shipping. I recommend insurance for U.S. buyers, but you must inform me that you want insurance so I can include it in the invoice. (I do not take responsibility for damage caused by shipping for domestic or overseas items). International shipping is available, I use “U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International” but you will need to send me your address and postal code for a shipping price estimate. Priority International shipping usually includes basic insurance, free of charge! Please note: Over time, I have discovered that a lot of people do not realize how expensive overseas shipping can be. Furthermore, when they look up the shipping estimate on the Internet, they are often looking at the price for a large envelope sized item and not a box or package! I will be glad to give you an overseas shipping estimate. Note: this my estimate because I will not know how much the final package weighs until it is in it’s final package and includes the weight of the item(s), the outer box and any protective padding. Payment: I expect payment within 5 working days from end of auction or date of purchase. I prefer you pay with Paypal but I also will accept Money Orders or Cashiers / Bank checks for items that have a final selling price of $30.00 or under.
