Comes with everything pictured: 3 whole shelves, 2 half-shelves, ceramic and porcelain glazes and paints (the paints may or may not be good), brushes (some have never been used), cleaning tools, ceramic and porcelain greenware, oodles of decals, 3 unfinished wooden bases, a rose cutter kit with instructions, cones and stilts (2 of the stilts are broken in two), high fire kiln wash, kiln sitter, project books, kiln instructions, and owner's manual.
