No reserve on this hand-crafted, folksy, very distinctive square-shaped clay plate with colorful "BEAR" graphics. Signed on the back by potters "Kamrass/Kiok" our decorative plate features two "BEARS" (a Mama Bear and a Poppa Bear) with their Baby Bears. Stylishly crafted in a wonderful combination of colors: one "Bear " is Brown---the other is Grey. Each with grey nose and 'color-coordinated' eyes. Grey Bear is wearing a multi-color scarf. Charcoal grey Baby Bear sits next to the Grey Bear. This one has a pink nose. Tiny Baby Bear in Brown with a multi-color scarf sits in front of the Brown Bear. Cream-color background in with multi-color accents in tones of brown and grey. "BEARS" are in slight relief from the overall plate surface creating a very slight dimension that you can feel as you run your fingers over the plate surface. Colors are accented with a combination of matte and gloss glazes. Very unusual technique. Square plate measures 11 x 11. We found this plate probably 12 to 15 years ago in a craft shop in upstate New York. We have never seen another quite like it since. We displayed it---and enjoyed it---in children's Bedroom. It will look great in your home---on a wall or a shelf. In Excellent condition---no nicks, chips, scratches or crazing. Colors are clean and bright! Complete with plate hanger. Absolutely charming.
